Ring forge and ask to buy a service kit. Tell them why they might send it for free like they did for ,e :)

this many posts and nobody has stated the bleeding obvious?

if it didn't chatter before you did the n249 bypass, and it does chatter now, it's really very simple.

You've done something wrong chap, and plumbed it in incorrectly.

it's that simple, no ifs or buts, if it sounded right before, and it now doesn't, you've done it wrong.

ive double checked and done it twice now, the reason i did the n249 delete is because i had a boost leak from turbo to thottle body, many people suggested doing this to get rid/replace certain vacuum lines now the leak is still there which only possible thing i can thing of is the 007p and with lads saying there was a cock up with the piston maybe it might be the 007p

and nino i ended up getting it for free too :D

Sweet, make sure you clean out the old grease and change all the rubber rings. Also, do you have your DV plumbed in to the same line that shares the FPR? if so move it, try and plumb the DV so as a direct line as possible I.E .....

DV -------------> inlet manifold.
Or
DV -------------> one way valve -------> inlet manifold.

Not

DV -------------> FPR -----> boost gauge -------> inlet manifold.

Hope that makes sence, mine was 100% plumbed correctly but was a lot worse than it is now, but I originally plumbed it like step 3 now its ether step one or step 2 and it now does not flutter but at the same time it's not the pssssst it used to be, had it looked at and it's fine :)
