How to remove heater control panel?

It has a very annoying squeek when I go down a pot hole, bumpy road, curb etc...

Ive sprayed it with silicone lube and left it to hopefully do the business.

If not, im going to have to remove the heater control and pad with felt tape. but have no idea how to remove?

iirc the cover just pops off and theres 4 torx screws, 1 in each corner...
