Well worth doing just for the fun of it, sticking a light fly wheel and a cold air feed on an ABF is just as pointless as any 8v mod.....

Not at all. The difference in response is very noticeable with a lightened and balanced flywheel.  Best mod I have done so far.

Bet its really fast now and you eat scoobys all day.......

And yes as my man says it revs realy quickly compares to standard flywheel.

Faster reving means getting to speed quicker. I have eaten a tdi mk3 (you know who you are!!! )  not only his but other cars too. You can be suprised what these 8v are capable of
