150 BHP ABF which is naturally aspirated vs an 8V GTI which has turbo?

We all know which would be faster.

But like murraymint has said, it's something different. 

Different yes but still pointless, think about how much that conversion was new against a 16v version

Also I doubt that it would fit a golf without a lot of work.

Not at all. The difference in response is very noticeable with a lightened and balanced flywheel.  Best mod I have done so far.

Put it this way, it's a hell of a lot quicker on acceleration then it was without. Unless you dont have pulse you wont notice it. Like I said and many who have HAD it done it is not a pointless mod. A lot cheaper then turboing an 8v

Erm no you cant eat a scooby in a bloody mk3. Wow some people....
Its fun.
And yes as my man says it revs realy quickly compares to standard flywheel.
