whats this called and has any one got one for sale

its the big plastic pipe from the air flow sensor to the throttle body on a 1994 mk 8v gti bosch system.my mates has split and his car was playing up,we thought we traced the fault back to the air flow sensor,hence why the car ran ok with the air flow sensor unplugged   
anyway he needs to get a good secondhand or a cheap new one.

If its the bit i think your on about, then you could get power rhor pipe quite cheap and easy,
or if its not that bit then you couldnt
