Well i reckon you should just stick to who you have now, obviously you still love your ex but i doubt you would be actually 'in love'. Who do you think about first when you wake up in the morning? Who makes you feel better? The way you describe your ex implies she's a bit too much grief, manipulative, and not worth the hassle. No disrespect of course.
agree with above. if your ex has been causeing problems then that says it all.

your ex sounds like a dick tbh. Try to focus on the reasons you split up in the first place cause i guarantee they're still there. See your kids as much as you can though.

even if the reasons you split in the first place aren't there anymore, is it really acceptable for her to use your kids as leverage against you?

is it acceptable for her to be attempting to sabotage your current relationship?

if she were an adult she'd have expressed her wishes and feelings and left you to it. What she's doing now is petty and she really doesn't sound like a nice person at all.

I'd stick with your current SO.
