One of the guys I share the workshop with has asked me to co-drive at KoV 9-11th August. It takes place just up the road from Merthyr in that Wales.

Hopefully we'll have his Jeep ready for then.

By co-drive I mean I'll be one of the goons running around with a strop, or the end of a winch cable while he shouts at me from the drivers seat.

Got a lot of prep to do for the event.  Might not make it, but if we do it looks like it'll be quite exciting.
