i just had my car in for the recall on monday for the coil packs and they said they changed 3 but couldnt change the 4th as it wasnt a vw part(i have paper work to prove they changed 3) ,well today i went out in the car and it sounded like it was running on 3 cylinders so i managed to get it back home and had a spare coil pack and managed to find the failed one, but looking at the coil packs only one looks new as the other two looked used so i am taking it back tomorrow has anyone else checked theres who have had the recall done and found they have been given less than said on receipt
