alloy primer

Right im looking to use U-POL Acid #8 Etch Primer on my alloys during refurb.. and was wonderig can i spray straight over etch primer or should i use a standard primer over it first  :smiley:

Its primer, you can spray onto it. Having said that it is grey, sometimes it is better to use a white primer before paint (like going dark to light), when I did some I used etch then standard white then painted. But you can paint onto etch, im sure. 
It's a mk2. Fill it, drive it, enjoy it.  :smiley:

Im going to spray the alloys an athratic grey colour. Would though grey primer will be ok. What is the best laquer to use?
