seat belt problem

hi there im new to this site
i have a mk4 golf gti turbo it has full recaros i noticed the other day that the rear middle
seat belt is locked up tight and can not pull it out at all and i have a m.o.t start of next month and i am guessing this will fail can anyone help on how to fix this with out having to
buy new rear seats and having to strip it out

I have same problem with the left passenger seat belt  :angry: iv pulled pushed kicked punched at it but would not come loose

yeah i did same today my middle one still locked i got an mot next week aswel
