Not 100% sure but i do know its 115bhp. The 110bhp was the non-pd engine  :nerd:

So basically it's the ancillaries that differ ?

And also just another Q
Is the cylinder head the same on the 150 and the 130 ??

- What are you aiming to do?
And also just another Q
Is the cylinder head the same on the 150 and the 130 ?? - Yes it is.

well ive been looking at getting a bora 130 and just wondered whats the difference so that when i do come to out some extra power through it i know that i will need certain things.

and the reason for the cylinder head fitment question is because my gt tdi 150 the head is completly creamed and will cost £680 just to fix that so it will be cheaper just to get another head off ebay that has already been reconditioned :)

Thats not true

The 130 and 150s share the same injectors
The 150 turbo is bigger but iirc it was only a small difference on a compressor wheel
both have 6 speed boxes

From the information ive gathered over my chats with people

The PD 100 (ATD) and PD115 (AJM) share the same internals
The same Turbos and i think its just the injector nozzle thats different
All of them have there unique ecus

The 100 is a 5 speed the large majority of PD115s are 6 speed someone told me there is some 5 speeds out there but i dont know how true that is.

All the models apart from the 150 have a SMIC

The 100/115 have a 2 bar map sensor and smaller intake pipe/manifold, and mafs where as the 130 has 3 bar map sensor and are bigger

Also from standard the 100/115 the intercooler has jubliee clamped hoses whereas the 130 has the c clip design (which after doing my conversion found out these b!tches like to pop off from time to time when giving your car a bit foot down treatment)

As far as i remember the actual head shell is the same throughout from 100 to 150, i have heard of the camshaft wear but mine is now on 162k with 130/150 injectors and 130 turbo and it still goes fine i have had no symptoms of it maybes it was a design flaw or something in the building of the 130 (ASZ) and the 150 (ARL)

Sorry if its a bit long winded just a bit of what i have gathered :)

Hope it helps
