Found driver's licence-need help finding out telephone number of owner

Hi everyone. This is a request to those of you who are skilled at finding out telephone numbers. I have found a driving licence on the street where I live and would like to return it . (I have had my licence stolen before along with my car keys wallet etc and know the feeling of not having it)

So I have all the information on the licence and have tried facebook and google but come up with blanks. Is there a UK webpage that will bring up a telephone number if you know the last name and address of the person?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go hand it into police station SOONEST.

let them do it, they had my wallet handed in and had my MOBILE number within minutes

or put it in an envelope an post it back to him with letter telling him where you found it

Yeah I  have just found it outside. I thought I could just phone him up and then he can pick it up. Unfortunately the police station here in Ascot is only open on Tuesday and is closed today and tomorrow, hence why I am looking for a quicker way to contact him.

do drivers licences have addresses? cant remember. if they do put it in a envelope and post to him, don't put a stamp on and he will have to go and pay for the postage.

Uhh...I'm not that hard up on funds really. I looked at the address and it is only 7 miles from me. I will drive down during the day tomorrow and hand it in. (Duh should've looked sooner rather than later)
