Mines out at the mo waiting to be done.

Get decent contact adhesive, get fabric that has a bit of stretch to it, and only work in around 6" square areas at a time.

I just redid my roof in black, was going to paint the plastic too but never got around to it, I must say it's made quite a difference to the feel inside.

When adhering the material to the roofboard try start off at the visors/front end of the board first so you can work the material into the shapes then work your way backwards, remember to press the material into the roof handle holes too.

Doing mine at the moment.... I've gone for some black faux suede black-out curtain material, the black-out backing stops the glue soaking through, its got a little stretch and give, and feels lovely!

Using this hi-temp adhesive spray.

Will put up pics when I'm done, hopefully tonight if the rain holds off!

I'm thinking about doing mine, has anyone just dyed the existing lining black?
