Just a bit of inside info but you lot do know that car manufactures press fleet are not the same cars you and I buy.
Its why I take all car reviews with a pinch of salt. Also advertisment keep these people in jobs
I test drive public production spec cars and make my own opinions.
As for bias this sites is biased too as you lot just spend tens of thousands on something so your all biased

Ha, Ha. Without bias, we'd never buy anything. It's good to have a bias but even better to keep an open mind. I'm biased towards BMWs and Porsches and to a slightly lesser extent towards Mercedes. These are the makes I can afford at present. What I would really love to have is a Ferrari or a Macca. Now this is not bias, it's a yearning. Therefore, I am merrily trying to up my income.
Sadly you may find that if you do ever get to the point of owning one its a disapointment.

I've driven the Macca and it was tremendous. The ride was so smooth and the power so intense. It might take me 100 years to afford one, but I can dream a bit.

Don't blow that trumpet too hard am1w otherwise you might break it

It's a trombone.

I wish I was that minted that my car was a 330d

Here we go again. Calm down dear, they are just cars.

I'm perfectly calm thank you. I just can't resist pointing out the ridiculousness of your posts! You are hilarious!!

You're minted - yet you drive an old 330d. You have 2 or 3 birds on the go (I forget the number you said) yet you're posting on an Internet forum on a Friday night.

Classic Internet bullish!t!

Do you mind, it's my internet night!

Am1W. Not driven 12c  but followed an orange one local. He sort of left me when we over took the line of traffic.  It just did not sound that good to me.
I could get an old Ferrari after all there cheaper than a new golf..  :lipsrsealed:

Sounded better (and louder) than my old GTI and my present BMW. Not as comfortable as either, though.
BTW, the one I drove was a horrid orange, though this colour would somehow suit a BMW and a GTI.  :embarrassed:

How about an Aston DB9 Vantage? Going for £35k.

Well yours is a rep car and you bought TWO

I (we?) just don't get why you continue to post on the NEW mk 7 Golf GTI Forum?  Why are you not on the BMW forums, seriously it's weird and sad

Are you feeling ok?

Do you need help, advice or guidance to get back to the most everyday desirable car (Golf GTI)?

Maybe something similar in a years time  I have to get rid of 5 of my other cars first.
My goal over the next year or so is cut the car collection right back meening i could have them at home and sell my current place i store them for housing. Which would give me some cash to buy whatever I want.  I currently fancy a ferrari california or caymanS

I get why your here you really liked your mk6 and were for many years passionate about the GTI brand.

Ha ha. You are so right. It is THE REPMOBILE. 3 Series used to be THE GANGSTA WHEELS. So it's status seems to be possibly improving.

BTW, I'm feeling very well and appreciate your kind offer of help. For now, I must politely refuse. But thank you anyway. You are too, too kind.
