Went to pick up my arches last night from Riches and saw the car. Well not only did i see it but i also went for a spin in the passanger seat of it. One word = WOW!
The cars had one side of its arches prepped and filled. The wheels in the photos arnt teh actual wheels going on. Instead a set of 17s by 10s are going on

The cars sat about half an inch from the floor and the front coilovers are set to there hardest setting. This basically ment we were chucking the car into roundabouts at around 80MPH and i was screaming with fear! the torque on the car is so high its hard to move your head forward under acceleration. The exhaust is loud, Very loud. Even with no skirts, unpainted bumpers, cut and filled arches. and no interiour the car still turned heads when we went to a local cruise spot with about 5 lads crouding around and virtunally drbbling over his engine bay. One guy in a 16Valve Clio decided to bounce his car off the redline. Rich responded by bouncing his off the redline, releasing the accelerator and sending a flame out of all 4 of the rear pipes and the scuttle noise from the BOV.
All i can say is its an awsome car and i cant wait for the re-building of it to be compleated. Although dont hold your breath, The cars gonna need a lot of work to get it finished, Two of the arches have been widened and filled but the plastic G60 spec arches will need to be smoothed and painted (took rich 10 months to do mine!) and he still has to cut and fill the drivers side arches. The bonnet, passanger door and 1/4 panal all need re-painting and he has to re-construct the front splitter. The front grill has a large chunk missing and has to smooth and paint both big bumpers before fitting his rear splitter back on. He also has a set of chunky side skirts which will need cutting and spraying as well as re-working his door cards and fixing the broken LEDs on the switches. The rev counter is also playing up a little bit but he thinks he will get the car back to its original show stopping ways by the end of Xmas (my moneys on it taking him 2 years

).
