Rear LED Lights - Video

I presume the GTi rear LED lights are the same as this ?  can someone confirm ?

It shows all the possible combinations (with no video flickering for once  :smiley:)

I find those R8 indicators a bit stupid.  But might be possible to fit a simple circuit board to delay each LED by 50ms or something.

I doubt the circuitry exists for vagcom to do it.
