seat removal

struggling to find a seat removal guide (mainly for the front seats). can anyone help?

The main thing to remember is not to turn the ignition on whilst the air bags are unplugged. Doing so will trigger a warning light that will need VCDS or a trip to the dealers to turn off.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.
