Suspension height??

Any idea how low this mk2 golf is. I just bought it with cheap coilovers but will be replacing them with koni shocks and lowered springs. I really like the height of it at the moment and would like the new springs to match this height. I can only just get my hand between the wheel and arch. I was thinking 60mm lowered Apex, any thoughts.

This is the information I used when I was calculating the standard ride height on my mk2.

You need to measure from the centre of the wheel, directly up to the lowest part of the metal arch return.

the 8 valves measure at 340mm from the bottom of the metal arch to the centre of the wheel.
the 16 valves measure 330mm.
and carb models run at 360mm.
