Pawnbrokers
« on: 16 July 2013, 21:30 »
Right!

Got a engagement ring which I paid far to much for!

Walked around the jewlers, no one seems interested!

If I took it to a pawn broker to not get scrap value for it, and just took the money & never paid the loan against the ring back!

What would happen? I'm not selling a expensive engagement ring for peanuts, but if I can get a few hundred pounds back I'd be happier! Or take satisfaction and throw it in to the sea lol

A real 304bhp 286lbft in a mk4 golf!

I doubt ebay will go crazy for it but it might get you a few quid. I bought my OT's engagement ring 2nd hand on ebay. I paid £500 for it. It's been valued and insured for 5k. I was the only bidder and even offered £600 to end auction early which they refused to do!
