Conlog Logic 900 alarm, how do i code my fob?

i have tried all that and more but i just can't seem to sync my fob with the car, its a pain having to lean over the passenger side to plug the fob in manually, if anyone could shed some light on the issue feel free to post here.

once it's sorted I'll post it in the maintenance section, I have the manual but it just says how to use it not how to sync it.
