got completely my ass handed to me by a bmw 325i, made a comlete joke of my 8v, 1st time i felt this embrassed in my valver
what are vr6 like? can they give the bimmer 325i a whooping witha few mods tweaked?
grrrrr revenge time....

325's (depending what year) had bigger engine cc's so it might have been a 2800 or even a 3000cc on the later E90's. That and the fact it's got 2 extra cylinders means you shouldn't be too hard on yourself!

The 325 from the same time as the VR (E36) is about equal in specs, 190bhp/245nm 174bhp/235nm
Golf being a bit lighter makes it about the same in a drag.
Newer models leave the VR in the weeds.

it was a e36 325i, the funny thing is i have kept up to this bmw in a Almera Gti (previous car) and did really well keeping up, considering its a 6 cyclinder but this golf race was embrassing, made me wanna cry lol

bmw has 190bhp
