exhaust cat nut size

Ive got a Mk3 8v 96 anyone know what size nuts are they I was told 13 but they are way to small a 10 dosent seem to fit any help would be appreciated

The 3 nuts and bolts that secure cat to front pipe? Probably 13mm to begin with but have corroded. Best get them cut off and replaced with new ones.

most bolts on exhaust are M8 => so size 13

the dual pipe clamp could be size 15 though. think mine was.
