how easy is it to fit a towbar to my mk4 golf

Very. Take off the rear bumper, raise up the rear, slide it in, bolt it on.

Then the wiring...Just follow a guide and you shouldn't go far wrong.

As long as you can use a jack, a ratchet/spanner and can following a basic wiring diagram you shouldn't go far wrong. :wink:

To remove the bumper you have to remove the lights, which is a little awkward. There are little black fasteneres, you have to push the centre out of them, then they pop out. Also, the corner of the lights, you have to wedge in a long screw driver and prise it out...It will make more sense when, sorry, if you try it  :wink:
