Mine sometimes pops a flame out on hard acceleration if this counts  :evil:

yer TB adaption was done a while back

TB auto alines itself so wouldnt have an issue with that, maybe its due another clean, will get it done this weekend and report

How does the throttle auto align?

Has to be done with vagcom to do done properly

i cleaned mine last year, turned the ket to ingnition and left it for about 30 seconds, heard it whirring away and then started engine and has been absolutely fine, drove to scotland and back no issues
