so my 1.3 (with weber carb fitted) is misbehaving. under acceleration it is jerky and cuts out, i have checked for air leaks and all looks ok, i have changed plugs, leads and dizzy cap (again) but it has made no difference, it is not as bad if you pull the choke out but you can feel and hear it struggling, the issue is intermittent and can happen when engine is warm or cold.
i have a swirl pot with my weber (as thats what it came with) but i have read that this can cause fuel starvation and cause the same symptoms so my question is what can i do instead of having the swirl pot? (i do not have an electric fuel pump)
