I suppose the best way to remove mould from a car that's been out of action for a while is elbow grease?
any suggestions?.

WTF is APC & TFR? lol
I think I managed to rid of it with a bucket of soapy water and a scrubbing brush. it was mainly on the door cards and roof lining. I got it off the roof lining by ripping the lining out and taking it to the tip, there`s that problem solved

APC is All Purpose Cleaner. TFR is Traffic Film Remover. TFR is a bit more aggressive and can have long term issues if used over an extended period of time.

Sorry Jamie tfr is for external use only and good for removing mould and algae from cars that have been sitting for a while which is what I thought you were refuring to.
APC is fine for interior use (diluted obviously) , may take a few hits depending on your dilution ratios and amount of crap you are tackling.
