Part needed.... Wembley TPS closed?

Hi guys,
So been on the TPS website and wembleys details seem to be no longer listed, anyone know what happened? Now it says I have to go aaaalll the way to finchley but doesn't say if they've got a trade counter and now the offices are closed I can't call (although something there is allegedly open now), just wondering if they have a counter for the public to walk in like wembley or is it strictly trade?

Secondly, the urgent reason for the above is needing part number

1J0 121 087 C

Which is a coolant hose connector (4 way) one of the small connectors has snapped off...
On google/eBay it seems there's only some in Germany and USA. Breakers I've tried have been no use as of yet, anyone breaking one around London that's got one?

There, that's killed some minutes.... The parts dept at my local dealership opens at 9am so 8mins left....

They've got about 20 at vw to order, no idea about wembley tho....?

Slough TPS is very easy to get to off the M4. Very helpful staff too

I have used both the chessington and slough branches. Can always just walk up to the counter and get trade prices.
