Engine management light advice please

Hi Guys

A little advice please on going forward on this.

Driving home today and engine management light pops on, pulled over checked engine nothing seemed out of place, apart from a front side light out but thats been out for a couple of days now, car seem to be driving normal no hic ups or anything different, any suggestions? or is there an easy way of turning it off?

Scan it with Vagcom to see what the fault is, it could be any number of things...

ive just ordered a scanner from ebay hopefully that will give me an idea
