Hi everybody
My 1.8 with single point injection has started cutting out straight after turning on the key. It will start, the revs will increase to about 1000 and then it just dies. Even if i rev the engine it still just cuts out. I have checked pressure at the fuel requlator and its fine. The car has done 120,000 miles so im maybe thinking its possibly a dirty injector, does anybody have any opinions on this. When the car does eventually start (ranging from 1st attempt to 50th) it will then run and start fine every time untill the car has again not been used for a while.
