Bah. Little help needed with front indicators
« on: 11 August 2005, 12:45 »
I have the small bumpers. Ordered the lights and they came today.... Wee :f

No prob getting the old ones out. But there a greenwire on the old ones + the 2 blocks. The gree wire seems to run behind the battery and connects to the loom im guessing? Or to the fuse box. you know what i mean thou! :)

So the new ones i have the 2 blocks to connect which i can handle. Then the small bulb has two small wires and im not sure where they go. Is it easier to take the bumper off?

haven't got a clue!!!! do you mean you have two bulbs in there? as some indicators come with a side light so you can wire it up to your regular side light. surely you just twist out the old bulb holder and twist it into the new indicator unit?!
team grumpy....... its a way of life, not a forum post

Im guessing u have purchased some aftermarket indicators which have a built in "driving light".

If this is the case, all you need do is wire in to your existing side lights which are in your headlight enclosure
