Wrong place wrong time. Think nothing of it. They probably just had some bad news that they had to work a little later so decided to do a random stop chcek, and you driving a little bit fast gave them a reason to make it not random.

Yeah nothing would have been said or done if they weren't on foot by the side of the road checking over some parked cars. As you say, wrong place wrong time  :sad:

i got pulled abit back for pulling away sharpish froma  roundabout set of lights. did the full checks and told me not to do it in such a obvious area and also notes the car that loud it not hard for them to be waiting for me coming lol.

There is one offence that would actually be quite an honour to get, that's a DD90; Furious Driving.

you'll find not many police officers are too sure on this either regarding hairy pull offs  :lipsrsealed:  :laugh: . if you pull away with high revs etc then that can be construde as a public disorder offence, police officers also pulled a mate of mine who has a big ramair and exhaust and it sounded it lilke he was really giving it the beans however he hardly broke 2.5k on revs and got pulled over for disorderly conduct, didnt break 20mph

it doesnt help that our cars are modded to a certain extent either  :angry:

just tell them it's a mk3 golf therefore it's inpossible to pull away quickly.

problay sounds like a chav charriot that allways gets the cop shop really excited.   

had bolokings for reversing at "ecessive speed"  next time you meet then you just revers excessivly slowly  :smiley:

i got done for the same on my bike wasnt breaking any law he said it was careless riding as i couldnt have been in control of the vehicle an i got a section 58 or 50 cant remember which meant if i get done for anything anti social in any vehicle it will be seized
