My theory exactly, I would understand if speeding/drifting/wheelspinning.

DD10   Driving in a dangerous manner
MS50   Motor racing on the highway (could apply if someone was on lights with you)
CD20   Driving without reasonable consideration for other road users
DD20   Driving at a dangerous speed      
DD30   Reckless Driving or Dangerous Driving      
DD40   Driving in a dangerous manner at a dangerous speed or recklessly

A twist of fate could make any of these apply, which is the point the coppers are trying to make.....
If they were traffic cops and could have nicked you they would have, very rare to get just a warning these days.

Cheers for clearing it up man, however I still think it's unfair if there's no racing or wheelspinning involved. You say I'm in their books now, how accurate is that, have they now actually flagged me for X amount of time or was it literally a warning with no other consequences.

it is wrong but not wrong.  :laugh: . As long as your under the speed limit its fine.

Man my first car got pulled over 20+ times and searched everytime ,pissed me off so bad .

I got caught equipped for "smoking" on Epsom Downs when I was 17, got pulled every weekend for about 2 years :grin:

Yeah..i used to get pulled over all the time in my first car but it was a 4.0 tvr engined rover vitesse... :whistle:
