Order number not found!

Just checked 'Track my Order' and it is saying it doesn't recognise my order number!! :huh: Been sitting at 'Build Week Confirmed' for a couple of weeks and now this....any ideas folks? Thanks!  :smiley:

Always does this on a Thursday mate, it's just the system updating itself. It'll be back later/tomorrow morning.

Don't worry Iain, it's happened to me before. Possibly an update of the website but give it a couple of hours and it will be back  :smiley: :smiley:

Did it with me last night about 9:30 and came back when I tried the second time having moved to "in transit" :grin:

That makes sense.....2 weeks ago tonight it moved to 'Build Week Confirmed'.......mmmm......will tonight be the night for moving to 'In Transit'?........pushing it a little, me thinks! :wink:

I would think another couple of weeks before it shows as in transit, Seems to take about 4 weeks on average
