I think the vr6 alternator belt tensioner should have life spend and wanted to know it should be replace at what mileage?

I know the the belt tensioner is just a spring but after some year and mileage the spring tension became weak and don't work as it should and cause the alternator belt to jump.

I don't think there is a definite answer to your question. If you feel like it's not working properly and/or you can see it "jump" I would replace it, otherwise not.
