anyone ever used one of these

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AF-Confirm-Nikon-AI-F-Lens-to-Canon-EOS-EF-Mount-Adapter-600D-60D-1100D-DC128-/251237457818?pt=UK_Photography_CameraLenses_Lens_caps_hoods_adaptors_ET&hash=item3a7eeb5f9a

seem to be a lot on ebay and need one for a lense I won on ebay for a 5er last week. af-ef type.

but then also seen some that look a bit more better quality, will i actually notice an difference in these or is it just wasting an extra £20 quid?

I've not used that exact one, but I've used one just like it and they're fine.

The one I used didn't allow any control of the aperture, so unless you want to shoot wide open all the time, you've got to use old manuals.
