Making a link into a word on here??

As per the title, how would you make a link pasted in a reply on here into a word? I've googled it but i must be doing something wrong as it's never quite right!

You need to drop the size and font from the tag...not idea how you are managing to put that in there...

Managed from my iPad, I know it doesn't help, but maybe this will?
