here we go........just bought a 2001 GTI 20v 1.8t awesome condition 1 owner from new blah blah blah........suddenly starting to run on kangaroo juice, idle is lumpy and revs are up n down, no engine light on....i know i have a slight oil leak which is entering the spark plug chamber... so im still driving the car to wrk when i though scrap it it's juddering is soooooooooooo bad, then the engine light comes on just as i parked up at home, next morning car runs like a beast ,engine light on so i get it scanned that evening , o2 sensor, coolant sensor, bank one fuel to rich, air pressure loss accelerator to turbo, secondary air misfunction, im a builder not a mechanic any ideas?

Certainlly would get the oil leak into the sparkplug sorted. The oil heating up won't be doing any good for the coil. Try unplugging the MAF and starting it up and see if the idle goes good. Check also for exhuast leaks espically around the cat area.
