Just wondering what's best treatment for rust at the bottom of the driver side wing where it meets the sill . Apart from respray

total removal of any rust is essential otherwise it will come back, so get a wire brush on a drill and attack the rust until it's all gone
then prime and repaint (you can get it blended in so you don't need to paint the full panel)

As above...any form of treatment other than removal/replacement will last weeks/months at best.
