Thanks for all the tips. Iv done quite abit of welding on different car over the years, but thought i was done with it once i got rid of my discovery off-roader. I did a rotten drain bung hole at the weekend and iv just finished cutting the ruff area off the sill and cut the plate. Hopefully I'll get it on tomorrow.
