rear window not closing with full closure

so my rear drivers window opens and  closes fine from the switch in the back and with the switch up front.

ive got a clifford alarm with full closure, so i can have all windows open then lock the car with the fob and all windows go up, however the rear drivers window has stopped doing this.

where is the best place to start looking for the problem??
