Annoying rattle from 2.5 to 3.5k rpm

Couldn't see any heatshield around the engine mount, this has got me slightly stumped, can't see how I'm gonna fix it without removing throttle body, injectors, inlet and exhaust manifolds to get a proper look!

No the one I am on about is above the exhaust manifold

Above the exhaust mani, but below the inlet, I saw what looked to be an ali box which is bolted to the head and shielding something, not sure what, and it's a pain to get to.

The ally breaks around the bolt holes.
