vw magazine

 hi, been subscribing to a crackin mag called vw golf + got july issue last week reminder to renew on ringing publishers said it had stopped don't know if any other publishers will take it on if any one has heard about anything to do with this let us know.   cheers.

Its been sold to the same people that own PVW, they'll either kill it off, to increase the sales of PVW, or, improve it to compliment PVW. In my opinion there is room for a less "Scene" magazine/Carl Taylor show. but it has to up its quality of materials used, and more accurate and better written content

Stopped buying the mags a long time ago. Shows and mags have lost the vw culture.

Stonor Park was the best show that I've been to in a long time.  No little w@nkers revving their engines whilst sporting the skinny jeans and a Wrong Direction hairdo!

Haven't bought PVW for at least 18mths, and my 10yr+ collection is now in the sh1tter in work!

used to enjoy PVW. so at last years edition i signed up as it was about £30 for a full years subscription, havent even opend the last three cause i know its just going to be a load of cars on air with rotiforms on sponsored by the bank of mom and dad... yawn

The reasons mentioned here are exactly why I went to another manufacturer for a bit.

Local VWs to me are all modified in exactly the same way and are driven by a lad that hasnt even bothered to bend the peak on his cap!

Then again, I went completely the other way and bought MG Rovers where they all wore flatcaps!
