fitting k04 001 to agu mk4

hi guys ive just picked up a k04 011 upgrade turbo to replace my k03 on my agu mk4, i just want to know if theres anything else to buy prior to fitting or anything else to upgrade? what tip would i need? cheers

Get a silicone tip like forge nit essential on a 001 though

your gonna need the oil and coolant pipes from the K04 (Bam or APX engine) as they are slightly different, and id advise the injectors that came on the car the K04 was fitted to, as well as manifold and downpipe. If youve got an upgraded FMIC then pipework should fit from an S3 (got a load of spare stuff you could use that i didnt use if your interested, PM me)

Just finished the same conversion on my AGU (its in a mk3, but engine work is the same) and well worth the hastle. Make sure you get the "spike" mapped out of the turbo though when you get it mapped!

ive bolted up the turbo it bolted up to my standard manifold without any problems same as the miltek downpipe. im getting the car mapped at amd and they said there isnt any need for bigger injectors and fpr as they have mapped agu's with k04's to over 250bhp! would i need to buy a tip for a leon cupra r 225?

sorry, my bad, K04-001 is not the K04 from the 225 bhp S3 or TT, its K03s, K04 from a S3 or TT are differnet and need a different manifold and downpipe!
