ive seen advertised these coils that claim to be loads more powerful than standard giving a much stronger spark. Anybody tried one? Are they worth the money or is a standard coil quite sufficient?

weak spark.....strong spark...what does it matter as long as the fuel is ignited at the correct time.
Sounds like a gimick.

of course a strong spark is gonna help!
dirty spark plugs = naff spark = poor combustion
therefore i reckon performance coil well worth a go..
people upgrade their plugs n leads, so why not the coil??
give it a go, i will at somepoint ..

what I meant was, as long as the standard one is functioning OK, you wont have a any problems, and uprating it will have negligible difference
