Candyman, what sort of lamp did you buy as I'm struggling to find one!

The lamp I need is lke a large capless wedge (sidelight etc but bigger) so I need a red 21w one.

Candy, did you manage to get your reverse light sorted yet, or still running Red reverse light?

Not done anything with reverse at the mo, to be honest
Its not really important to me. Ill look into it someday lol

Thanks candyman  Thats the one I was lookign at but unsure what type the lamp was

The lamp in the OEM lights is slightly bigger than the one in my new LED's so wasn't sure as I've never seen one that size before

Also new to the tail light party.
Just read through the whole post. Would I be right in saying the genuine led lights (which would come as standard on a 2011 Golf Gti) 'CANNOT' be purchased from a proper Volkswagen dealer even for a price? Sorry if I missed this in a previous post.

Yes they can be - just very expensive mate, were all trying to find RHD for around £300-£350.

Well you can get Hella - which are nearly OEM - They are £500. Real OEM are around £750 i think, not 100% sure
