Quick !!! - VW Golf Leather interior .. value ????

Sorry to be pushy ... but i need to know quick.

Mate is selling the leather interior from his VW GOLF Mk III....... its a 3 dr model so for sale is the 2 front seats, the back bench and 4 door cards in all.

Its from a mint 30K golf,.... totally perfect original VW Black leather... Its from a 1997 model.....

is there any chance of their being a problem fitting it to a 1996 1.9 SE Diesel model mk III ? they should all be the same shouldnt they ?

Would ?550 be a good buy ?
