What to use or get?

Getting my mk4 golf back from its full respray soon and I'm already thinking about cleaning it ha

I don't have a pressure washer and I used to just use a sponge in a bucket before but I'm definitely thinking of the 2 bucket idea and looking into some sort of pressure washer maybe this one as I seen on another link..

And maybe a snow foam lance, I know everyone has there favourite brands etc but more interested in what people have in there garage like rags? Sponges? Brushes? Wipes?

Would quite like to have a "kit" I pull out when I go to clean my car!

Most people going micro-fibre cloths?

Does anyone use a sponge at all? Wipes only for the dash?

Does anyone clean there engine bay and what do you use any anti-grease products?

Just need ideas for putting a a kit together!

I wouldn't touch the paint work with anything for a while, especially if it has just been sprayed.

Get some real good protection on there, like 2/3 coats of wax or sealant & get a snow foam lance. That way, when it is dirty you can just spray on SNFM then most of it should slip off.

I've just bought that Nilfisk pressure washer, although my local Screwfix didn't have any in stock, so I bought it from Amazon for about £10 more. I also bought this lance http://www.i4detailing.co.uk/acatalog/HD_Snow_Foam_Kit_Karcher_KEWNA_1.html. Both are very good.

Should be fine but Thom on here is the man to ask when it comes to fresh paint questions.

2 big buckets, a nice quality wash mit.

Snow foam is over rated - you will get swirls no matter what. Get one with brass connections if you do but its not that effective on unprotected paint.

Karcher K series washer personally . Fixed many faulty ones and they are cheap easy to fix if they go wrong. Either a O ring or just a sticky valve.

Costco microfiber cloths and a large microfiber dryer.

I getting a lot of stuff done pal, I'm well over 2k maybe near 3k but I think he's somewhere near £200 a panel for customers.
