was thinking of getting power rohr for my gti 8v, has anyone fitted one to there car and do they make much of a difference to the engine sound or are they just a shiney accessory......

I had a Dubweiser version of the same thing on my mk2 16v. Did make a bit of a deeper induction noise but not really very noticeable. Just a shiney accessory I think...
They vary in price from about 15 - 40 quid.
