Well I've now had the car for 4 days and I'm looking at what I can tinker with! Haha I think spacers will look good but if anyone has more pics they would be much appreciated; especially a full rear view or some more comparison shots from the back.

General consensus seems to be 15mm for the back and 10mm for the front? With longer (radial) bolts and longer locking bolts too?

Hi guys sorry for bumping an old thread but I'm looking for advice on spacers. What's the max thickness to go for without any rubbing on the Austins? I have VWR springs fitted too.

Theres actually no terms and conditions in the PCP contract that says you have to take the car back in it's standard form and even if they want you to hand it back the way it was to begin with then why not just take the spacers off before driving it back?

You sure? Well a lot off hassle as I wouldn't be adding the spacers myself id get a mate to do it. Id just hate to hand it back and they have a fit ive made slight mods and refuse to take it back or they turn round and tell me I have to pay for the removal or whatever it may be

Yes I've read through all the T&C's it just states the car must be returned in line with the fair, wear & tear policy and serviced on time at a authorised VW garage.

80% of modded GTI's are probably on some form of PCP plan.

Wheel spacers are easy to install, wheel off, spacer on, wheel on.
