Dent Removal on Doors Edge

I have a small dent on one of the door edges of my VW Golf Mk6 car. This is positioned just between the passenger and front passengers door. I have contacted a few Paintless Dent Removal companies about this and they suggest contacting a body shop due to the positioning, with access to the panel behind being tricky. Do you have any suggestions on here of body shops in the Sussex area of the UK? Also what are your thoughts on the dent and removing it successfully.

That will have damaged the door frame also, so will need  a bodyshop, its about 7 hrs work so expect to pay around £245 labour, and £100 paint and materials plus the vat... If you have a low excess, and protected no claims, then I would consider making a claim...

There a guy in bham (i know its a treck for you) but he does paintless dent removal
